Mo Fahnestock brings 20 years of consulting and work experience with for-profit, not-for-profit and government entities in service delivery, leadership and organizational change. His organizational development work in creating human service delivery systems has been recognized as best practice on state and national levels. 

As leadership architect, Mo works directly with clients and ALA consultants to create, guide, and implement interventions that launch organizations into a robust and successful future.

But stepping to the edge is scary. With Mo as their guide, helping them discover “what is really going on,” leadership teams, boards and organizations take that crucial next step and are transformed in the process to new levels of performance, effectiveness, accountability and impact. This is only possible because Mo generates the deep trust that allows for such risk-taking.

Mo uses humor and insight to create fun, dynamic, engaging and meaningful training programs that build authentic relational networks – not only between teams and labor and management – but throughout all levels of organizational leadership. His greatest abilities are clarifying and effectively communicating complex ideas, constructs and processes; translating polarities into manageable scenarios, and assisting others to work comfortably in the paradoxes of our time.
